 STEP 2. APPLY FOR A STUDY INVITATION

Prepare scanned copies of the following documents and send to apply@kibit.edu.ua:

  1. international passport;
  2. documents of previous education (certificates / diploma) and supplements with grades (if any);
  3. completed and signed «Сonsent to personal data collection and processing». English (Download) or Русский (Download)
  4. completed and signed «Application form» (Download)

Note!

Admission requirements:

 

  • age of future student – not more than 26 years
  • previous level of education – not lower than 12th Grade /Higher Secondary School certificate – HSSC/A’ level /Intermediate (India, Pakistan, Nepal, Bangladesh, etc.)/Baccalauréat (le bac)/Études Secondaires or equivalent
  • GPA (Grade point average) above 55 %
  • study gap – not more than 5 years

 

After evaluating your documents, the KIBIT Admission Committee will contact you for an online interview

Note: Terms for admission (academic year 2021-2022):

Preparatory courses:   start for applying – April 1, 2021

deadline for applying – January 31, 2022

deadline for arrival to KIBIT – February 28, 2022

Junior Bachelor, Bachelor and Master degrees:

start for applying – April 1, 2021

deadline for applying –  September 30, 2021,

deadline for arrival to KIBIT – October 28 2021.

STEP 3. OBTAIN A VISA D

NOTE:Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Uzbekistan – the country visa-free entry into Ukraine. Citizens of other countries must obtain a visa type “D”.

STEP 4. ARRIVE TO UKRAINE

A student must inform KIBIT’s International Department about his/her arrival (flight details and arrival time) at least 3-5 days prior to arrival.

NOTE:

If  UKrainian Immigration Authorities do not get the confirmation of arrival of a student in prior, and in case if on his/her arrival to Ukraine, a student is not picked up by the official representative of the university, which issued invitation,  the Immigration Authorities may deport a student back to his/her country.

A student must bring full tuition fee, accommodation fee and other charges in cash for whole academic year. A student can be required by the Ukrainian Immigration Authorities to provide confirmation of enough funds for personal needs as well.

STEP 5. START YOUR STUDY AT KIBIT

  • A student personally submits to the KIBIT Admission Committee the following documents:
  1. application;
  2. international passport (the original and 3 copies of translation into Ukrainian approved by a notary);
  3. document of the previous educational level (the original and 3 copies of translation into Ukrainian approved by a notary);
  4. supplement (the original and 3 copies of translation into Ukrainian approved by a notary) to the document of the previous educational level (if any);
  5. academic record issued by a foreign (original and 3 copies of translation into Ukrainian approved by a notary )/ Ukrainian institution (in case of transfer or renewal for education, starting from the second year);
  6. invitation for study (original);
  7. health insurance policy that covers the whole period of future study at KIBIT;
  8. consent to the collection and processing of personal data;
  9. liability insurance contract for reimbursement of expenses, related to the execution of the decision on administrative expulsion from Ukraine (deportation)
  10. 10 matte photos in size 35 x 45 mm.

NOTE: The documents specified in subparagraphs 3 5 have to be certified in the country of their issue in the manner that is officially applied in that country for such certification and legalized by the relevant foreign institution of Ukraine.

  • sign an «Agreement on the provision of educational services between higher educational institution and physical (legal) person»
  • pay education fee to the KIBIT account.
